Automated Alerts for On-Chain Signals
One of the most requested features was automated alerts — a way to be notified when a key on-chain metric crosses a threshold, without having to check the charts every day.
The BGeometrics alert system is now available for Advance and Professional subscribers via the Workspace.
How it works
Alerts are evaluated daily at 03:00 and 07:00 UTC. When a condition is met, you receive a notification by:
- Email — via your registered account address
- Telegram (optional) — if you’ve linked your Telegram account in settings
Supported conditions
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
>= / <= | Simple threshold crossing |
crosses_above / crosses_below | First time the value crosses a level |
change_pct | Percentage change over N days |
enters_range | Value moves into a defined range |
exits_range | Value moves out of a defined range |
crosses_ma_7 / crosses_ma_30 | Crosses its own moving average |
Setting up your first alert
- Go to Workspace
- Click Alerts in the sidebar
- Choose a metric (e.g., MVRV)
- Set the condition (e.g.,
>= 3.5) - Choose notification method and save
You’ll be notified the next time the daily evaluation runs.
Example use case
A common setup is an MVRV alert at >= 3.0 (potential top territory) and a second at <= 1.0
(potential bottom territory). Combined with a SOPR crosses_below 1.0 alert, you get a simple
but historically meaningful signal system.
Alerts are available from the Advance tier. See pricing →
